Capacity Boost - Strengthening Youth Workers Associations  - Free online course for National Youth Workers Associations

The main aim of the course is to empower existing national youth work associations by enhancing their capacity in areas such as association and member management, internal communication, research, and the recognition of youth work. 


How? Facilitated course with interactive content. 


Who is the course for? Employees, members of the bodies, engaged volunteers in the national youth workers associations across Europe 


Language: English 


Recognition of learning: Learning badges are provided for completion of each unit. All participants that complete at least 80% of the course obligations are entitled to receive Youth Pass certificates. 


Structure of the course: 

✓ Course opens on the 20th of September 2024 

✓ Each week new unit opens on the HOP platform.

✓ Each other opens on Monday and closes on Sunday. 

      • Unit 1: Onboarding - 20th of September
      • Unit 2: Management of associations - 23rd of September
      • Unit 3: Management of members - 30th of September
      • Unit 4: Internal communication - 7th of October
      • Unit 5: Recognition of youth work: 14th of October
      • Unit 6: Research: 21st of October
      • Unit 7: Evaluation and Closing: 28th of October

✓ Expected time to dedicate per unit is up to 3 hours per week for self-paced learning (at the time that suits you the best). 

✓ In the last week, Zoom meeting is planned with all participants 

✓ Three webinars are planned with invited guests, happening from 12 to 1.30 pm CET on
