Structure: three modules with various methods and activities
What will you learn:
- what is positive mental health and how it is related to youth work
- what are the competences needed for supporting positive mental health of young people
- how positive mental health can be supported through digitally assisted youth work
- what is MindCaptain and how to apply it in youth work
