This TOSCA online course is a mandatory part of the international TOSCA training course programme, complementing the residential training course. Participants selected for residential training courses must first complete the online course. It will help to establish a common base of knowledge among participants before starting the residential course.

TOSCA aims to support and build up the capacities of organizations that actively participate in Volunteering Actions of the European Solidarity Corps, in order to ensure quality and impact in the respective projects.

The TOSCA online course is a mandatory part of the international TOSCA training course programme, complementing the residential training courses. Participants selected for residential training courses must first complete the online course. 

The online course requires roughly a total of about 10 hours of participation. The course consists of 3 modules:

• Module 1 - Introduction to the TOSCA online course and participants
• Module 2 - Introduction to the European Solidarity Corps programme and quality compass for ESC activities
• Module 3 - Towards the TOSCA residential training course
