When Message window opens on the right side of the page, it allows only writing text. I often need to write support messages to participants and I need to add links (ideally as hyperlinks), screenshots (sometimes to show their badges or their progress report). 

It would be great to add these functions if possible. 

And I will repeat myself: the light grey colour of the font is almost invisible. Please please please fix this one, it's so hard to see what am I writing. I usually write text on some word document and paste it here because visibility is very bad.
