Name of the issue: "Page" text is streching across all webpage width
Details:

The text readability is descreased when text is stretched through the entire page. 

It would be better to limit the width and make text better readable by learners. 

Good example on text readability is Medium blog.

    It very much depends on the size of the screen. On smaller devices, the width is usually good and readable. Anyway, if you are sure your learners are going to use larger screens (PC), then you can consider publishing text in the table, slitting it over 2 or 3 columns.
