On different sessions, the book Table of Content has a different design style. Not clear why?

    Until this is solved, make sure to use "none" chapter formatting in the book settings. This gives regular blue colour chapter elements in table of contents. If you choose "numbers", then it gets grey (we will try to fix it soon).
