Name of the issue: Page header is sticky when user scrolls down the page
Details:

One course test user gave feedback that the header stays sticky even when a user is scrolling down. If this is intentional, let it be. If it is a bug, perhaps it can be corrected.

    It is definitely intentional, therefore the logo is .png with transparency. Together with hamburger menu, it is the only element that is being dragged when scrolling down. This allows to have it always visualised, in case of any screen-shots or video recording, screen-sharing etc.
