From Us to You is a special learning process where a community of disadvantaged young people volunteers to help others while they themselves become contemporary role models and learn a great deal about themselves and the world with their peers.

This course helps you to support groups of volunteers in realizing their project and use this as an experiential learning process. So this is a practical guide for youth workers about how to work with disadvantaged youngsters to create their volunteer projects.
You are going to learn about:
  • how to approach Youth at Risk
  • how to involve them in such volunteer projects
  • how to work with them
  • how to inspire, connect, empower, coach and mentor them in this process

About this course
