The aim of the course is to equip learners with mindfulness methods and techniques in order to support youth workers’ well-being and mental health, efficiency, and active participation and introduce possibilities to incorporate mindfulness into the youth work activities.


Dear learners,

We are happy to welcome you to the Basic mindfulness e-course You(th) in the moment!

This e-course was created in 2022 by an international team of youth workers, trainers and mindfulness instructors from Estonia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Sweden and Ukraine within Erasmus+ Strategic partnership project ‘(YOU)th in the moment’.

This e-course is designed for specialists working with young people in youth centers, NGOs, schools, hobby schools, camps, and on all other different occasions.

Course language: English

For fruitful learning you may need:

  • laptop or smartphone with a good Internet connection
  • quiet space with your favorite cushion and blanket for practices
  • something to write down notes and personal reflections
The aim of the e-course is to equip learners with mindfulness methods and techniques in order to support youth workers’ well-being and mental health, efficiency, and active participation and introduce possibilities to incorporate mindfulness into the youth work activities.

Your future learning journey consists of three modules. We invite you to explore the e-course in your own timetable and sequence. For example, It’s OK to go from 1 to 3 modules and It’s OK to read some parts of 1st module and jump to some skills of the 2nd module, practice for a week, and later try other parts of 1 and 2, and 3 modules

and It’s OK to go to the 3rd module, explore it and find out, what parts you’ll see next.

and We expect you finally to go through ALL the modules in order to finish the e-course.
